Your purchase entitles you to 60 days of free technical support.
Our trained technical support staff is available between the hours of 8 am and 6
pm MST.
Although most issues are resolved quickly over the phone or through email, our technical
support staff has the capability to connect to your computer to troubleshoot and
resolve the issues.
Technical support fees for license holders without a current service maintenance
agreement are charged at a rate or $50 per incident.
Technical support does not cover training or explanation of appraisal theories and practices.
